WHAT YOUR SPONSOR NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT MLM!!
They can't be telling you the truth, you are doing exactly what they said but it is not working at all for you....
A lot of people ask themselves this question everyday.
You were told to make a list of 100, your "Warm" Market... it didn't work.
Make the list 200, the first 100 will never amount to anything, they are just losers trying to pull you down.
And then..........
The Stupidest Lie They ALL Tell You!
The Heavy Hitters tell you "NO" is a good thing!
Go get 100 “NO’s”, they say.
You're just getting closer to a "YES."
Isn't that the stupidest thing you ever heard?
What moron came up with that idea?
This lie teaches people to be a recruiter, not a sponsor.
Recruit, recruit, recruit.
Keep Faking it until you make it........ what a crock!
You must know that you always get what you focus on, so if you want to get "No's" you will get them, that's a guarantee. The truth is you will get real good at getting them...... right up until you quit.

Multi-Level Marketing - Pyramid to Fear or Brilliant Business Model?
The business model developed on a product direct to consumer concept solved man issues for companies that wanted to minimize their advertising dollars while rewarding their associates for taking proactive action to sell the products and promote the business to broaden the sales force.
Over the years this business model has been highly successful, sometimes abused. often argued and always controversial. Most of the controversy has stemmed from compensation plans that were developed by some companies that highly rewarded people for sponsoring people or encouraged product loading of their associates in order to obtain certain advancement in the established sales levels. As a result, scrutiny has followed the industry for years as individuals and watch dog groups alike take a close look at how companies in the industry are structured for product movement and compensation.
The term "pyramid scheme" has been the main slang term used for the industry in a broad sense instead of the specific offenders that were indeed built as pyramid schemes to defraud the public which certainly has happened over the last 40 years in the industry.
Ironically, the structure of the field representatives compensation often reflect how most conventional corporations are structured in a top down fashion though there are many variations of compensation plans used in the industry. From a matrix, to a unilevel, to a binary or stairstep break away...compensation plans vary greatly from company to company.
Are their companies that are "scams" in the industry? Let's say there are companies that have compensation or operational issues that may not follow the letter of the law for the industry. Possibly intentionally or by accident.
Two of the more obvious warning signs would be
1) A company that pays a sponsoring bonus with no product movement to justify the dollars payed.
2) A company that has all of it's product sales through the associates and none or very little to the general public.
If you are looking at or are part of a company that has one or both of these characteristics, it's a flaw that in the long term can become a problem.
All of this being said, direct selling or Network Marketing can be a highly effective means of getting a product to market or expanding a distributor base and literally millions of people worldwide participate in these companies mostly as independent contractors.
The advertising savings of network marketing companies can often lead to more affordable products or more research and development for companies allowing innovative products and solutions to be brought to market.
Ideally, if you're reviewing this type of opportunity your company should have a product or service that is absolutely stand alone and has a powerful WOW factor or Unique Selling Proposition that makes it easier to talk to people about and grow your business.
Additionally, having a product or service that ideally saves your customers money in this economy is something that will turn a lot of heads and will allow more regular people to succeed in presenting their business to the public.
If you have a product that costs a lot of money and doesn't immediately make sense to a broad market of people, you're going to have a much harder time successfully presenting and growing your business. Not all network marketing opportunities are therefore created equal.
Before you get involved in a MLM network marketing business, don't get caught up in the hype and excitement. Let the dust settle and be realistic with yourself and ask yourself if you can indeed see yourself presenting the products and the opportunity to people. Just try to visualize it. Can you? If not, you may want to keep looking for a wow factor that makes presenting it fun rather than work.
How you present your opportunity and products or services and to whom is a whole different topic that you need to become a student of once you join an opportunity.
Home businesses come and go, but a home business opportunity that has the most powerful unique selling proposition I've ever seen in my 22 years in networking can make all the difference. It saves people substantial money on something they absolutely need every single day and that fact alone will allow you to build a business faster and easier than you ever dreamed possible as you help families in a very dramatic way.

Is a Business Home Internet Marketing MLM Good or Bad?
Hey Landon I visited your blog the other day. I signed up for your 7 Day Marketing Challenge and everything sounds really good. I have learned a lot about network marketing through the Challenge especially the last couple of days, but I just don’t think it would work for me.
My friend was in network marketing and he failed horribly. Why would it be any different for me? I mean I think my friend is smarter than I am, yet I expect to succeed in network marketing, when he failed. It just does not make sense to me. I’m not trying to bash what you are doing, I just don’t think that I could do the same.
Please help!
I did mix a couple of different emails together, so that is not just one email from any one specifically, but that is the main concept of a lot of the emails I have been getting lately.
First of all, I would say to this person that your network marketing business is what you make of it.
Like I have said in many of my previous posts; network marketing is not about a product, opportunity, or compensation plan.
Network marketing is about YOU. It’s really that simple.
Yes, you do want to have the best opportunity possible. You want to be able to maximize your profits. That’s just business.
But at the end of the day your success or failure relies on you and you only.
Now this fact scares a lot of people, when frankly it shouldn’t.
Wouldn’t you rather your success depend on you, than on your enemies?
Or wouldn’t you rather your success depend on your, than on your 8 year old kid brother?
Success being on the back of your shoulders is actually a good thing.
It means that if you make the decision to succeed, you will succeed. It’s really that simple.
People try to make network marketing so difficult when really it isn’t.
You just put in the time, and the effort, and everything will work out for you. It just really takes time.
And I know exactly what you are thinking; does your network marketing business opportunity even matter?
Great Question! Click on that link to watch the video of me and my partner to find out right now.
If you like what you read, make sure you share it! Go up to the top and tweet it, then come back down here, and share it with everyone else!
To your dreams becoming reality,

Does The Home Based Biz Industry Work? by Lenika Scott
You Decide.....
Years and Years of believing not only in myself but also believing if others could achieve a level of success in "The Home Based Business Industry", my thoughts were, so could I. I decided to blog today as proof that you can succeed in this industry. When I think back to a few short months of embarking upon another home based business, I certainly expected to achieve success but never would I have imagined the success would come as rapid as it would. Within a few short months, my family and I was able to "Get Out Of Debt", change our zip code and save for the future, and YES we are being very responsible with our finances we shall continue to save for our future.
I am very thankful for the blessings that have be poured out, even in the midst of a suffering economy. I am grateful to God for allowing me to rise above all of the turbulence that one can experience from getting any business off the ground. So on this day I wanted to share a picture of one of our many material blessings. We have been blessed with 6 beautiful and precious daughters and Lord knows we needed this extra space. The girls are enjoying their new home and so are we (my husband and I).
Again, this is one of the MANY Blessings that this Industry has yielded.
I started this blog with a question. Does The Home Based Biz Industry Works?
You Decide....

Pareto's Principle - The 80-20 Rule
In 1906, Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto created a mathematical formula to describe the unequal distribution of wealth in his country, observing that twenty percent of the people owned eighty percent of the wealth. In the late 1940s, Dr. Joseph M. Juran inaccurately attributed the 80/20 Rule to Pareto, calling it Pareto's Principle. While it may be misnamed, Pareto's Principle or Pareto's Law as it is sometimes called, can be a very effective tool to help you manage effectively.
Where It Came From
After Pareto made his observation and created his formula, many others observed similar phenomena in their own areas of expertise. Quality Management pioneer, Dr. Joseph Juran, working in the US in the 1930s and 40s recognized a universal principle he called the "vital few and trivial many" and reduced it to writing. In an early work, a lack of precision on Juran's part made it appear that he was applying Pareto's observations about economics to a broader body of work. The name Pareto's Principle stuck, probably because it sounded better than Juran's Principle. As a result, Dr. Juran's observation of the "vital few and trivial many", the principle that 20 percent of something always are responsible for 80 percent of the results, became known as Pareto's Principle or the 80/20 Rule.
What It Means
The 80/20 Rule means that in anything a few (20 percent) are vital and many(80 percent) are trivial. In Pareto's case it meant 20 percent of the people owned 80 percent of the wealth. In Juran's initial work he identified 20 percent of the defects causing 80 percent of the problems. Project Managers know that 20 percent of the work (the first 10 percent and the last 10 percent) consume 80 percent of your time and resources. You can apply the 80/20 Rule to almost anything, from the science of management to the physical world. You know 20 percent of your stock takes up 80 percent of your warehouse space and that 80 percent of your stock comes from 20 percent of your suppliers. Also 80 percent of your sales will come from 20 percent of your sales staff. 20 percent of your staff will cause 80 percent of your problems, but another 20 percent of your staff will provide 80 percent of your production. It works both ways.
How It Can Help You
The value of the Pareto Principle for a manager is that it reminds you to focus on the 20 percent that matters. Of the things you do during your day, only 20 percent really matter. Those 20 percent produce 80 percent of your results. Identify and focus on those things. When the fire drills of the day begin to sap your time, remind yourself of the 20 percent you need to focus on. If something in the schedule has to slip, if something isn't going to get done, make sure it's not part of that 20 percent. There is a management theory floating around at the moment that proposes to interpret Pareto's Principle in such a way as to produce what is called Superstar Management. The theory's supporters claim that since 20 percent of your people produce 80 percent of your results you should focus your limited time on managing only that 20 percent, the superstars. The theory is flawed, because it overlooks the fact that 80 percent of your time should be spent doing what is really important. Helping the good become better is a better use of your time than helping the great become terrific. Apply the Pareto Principle to all you do, but use it wisely.
Manage This Issue
How can the Pareto Principle help me in life and business?- Have a product range? Have a look at how much of your profit comes from each item. Put your effort into the 20% that give you 80% of your sales - your winners.
- Selling products or services? Most likely, 80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers- the ones who make the big purchases and are repeat-buyers. Cherish that 20%.
- Have a sales force? Have a look at how much of your profit comes from each person. Make sure you reward and retain the 20% that are your winners.
- Have an affiliate program? Find the top 5-20% who give you 80% of your income, and make sure you support, encourage and reward your winners.
- Do advertising? Have a look at where the sales come from. Then identify the few ads that really pull, and the few places where you run them that really produce. Then refine your winning ads, and run them in those few places that give you the best results.
- Check your web traffic logs! Which keywords are bringing you the most traffic? Which search engines? Which websites? You'll find that a small number of keywords, search engines and websites give you the lion's share of your traffic. Nurture them, and build on those strengths!
These are only few examples of the use you can make of the Pareto Principle.
Pareto's Principle, the 80/20 Rule, should serve as a daily reminder to focus 80 percent of your time and energy on the 20 percent of you work that is really important. Don't just "work smart", work smart on the right things. F.J.Reh
